  1. Share updates on expansion in Iringa and Mbeya;
  2. Develop innovation packages for all the five regions
  3. Plan for procurement of agro inputs
  4. Plan for human resource and capacity building issues for all sites
  5. Allocate tasks to team members for quarter 1 of the second year
